I have been coming to Forever Young for years and have tried a variety of their services such as threading, pedicures, facial peels and laser treatments. Every time I come I leave happy. They have amazing customer service and excellent attention to detail in all of their services. I highly recommend this spa!

I had a great experience here and will be back. They got me on the same day for my treatment, the staff were very friendly and took the time with me so I didn’t feel rushed but was in and out at a good time. I’m very pleased with the service I received and I have already booked another appointment. The space is well cared for and it has the nice feel of a spa you go to do your weekly treatments … Check em out!

Beautiful relaxing spa, very professional

I’m surprised by the bad experience I had here considering all the 5 star reviews.

I booked an appointment for my sisters birthday back in July for myself, my two sisters and our mom and we spent well over $400 (tips included) on all of us for spa pedicures and toe nails.

For starters we only booked here because this location has a liquor license and you can drink champagne but upon booking they advised me you have to bring your own bottle.
I assumed for the prices of their services a cheap glass of champagne would be provided for a birthday party booking where upwards of $400 would be spent.

They weren’t prepared, had us waiting in the front, upon walking into the back none of the chairs were filled and they had us switching chairs once we had already sat down, not a big deal just looked unorganized on their part.

My nails were cut/filed too short causing discomfort to the surrounding skin. My mom said to the lady working on her that her wax was too hot but she just told her to keep her foot in and it would cool down..

After they had finished painting my toes they told me I had to wait outside while they set up and cleaned for their next appointments. I asked if I could sit on another chair and socialize while the rest of my family finishes their nails and they said no. With my wet nails and spacers still in between my toes I walked to the front reception area waiting for my family.. They came out one by one all with wet nail polish and spacers between their toes…

I felt extremely rushed out of the chair and it was incredibly displeasing as this was my sisters birthday present and we couldn’t even sit and let our toes dry…

3/4 of us removed the regular polish the same night and redid it ourselves as the wet polish had rippled and wiped away completely due to being rushed out of the chairs.

My sister called the next day and told them what happened they couldn’t even offer us a refund all they offered was to redo our nails for us, which wasn’t reasonable as 1 person lives on the East side of the city and 2 live in Spruce Grove. Not even a gift card or partial refund? I was blown away that after spending upwards of $400 this is how we were treated.

Long review but I was just so unimpressed by our experience as a whole.

Have had facials at a variety of places and wanted to try Forever Young because of the reviews. The esthetician who helped me was very kind and helpful but as I went on a Monday she mentioned she was playing the Receptionist role as well as esthetician. This ultimately meant she came in and out of our treatment a couple times.

I was very surprised at the end of my treatment that it was finished. Wasn’t very relaxing as I didn’t receive the advertised luxurious head, face, neck and shoulders massage. I paid almost $200 for literally someone washing my face for an hour and using a fancy tool.

At the end of the day, my skin felt softer and smoother but I’ve been to a lot of other spas that are less expensive, and for me, the best part of these are the massages!

I always get pedicures here ! So beautiful inside and classy looking 🙂 fair price for the service and high end location. One thing they could do better is ask about products ! I noticed no one in the spa was trying to up sell or ask about product needs or offer other services that are in the spa 🙂

I had the best day at the spa!! Got a full face threading and mentioned I have thought about tinting my eyebrows…she did it for me when threading the rest of my face….what gave I been thinking!!! This is something I should have been doing for years…just love them.thank you. Then off to get my eyelash extensions…it’s something I treat myself to once a year before holidays. Such a relaxing experience and they look amazing….everyone notices I’m looking great, although the aren’t sure why…I know it’s because my eyes pop even without any other make up on. I got brave and got my legs waxed and a Brazilian for the first time…I was really nervous!!! Have to say it’s not something g I would do for fun and giggles…but I didn’t scream and it wasn’t horrible at all….will do both again. Thank you for a wonderful day. All the staff are welcoming and friendly…from the front desk onward. Nice clean facility. That feels peaceful and professional
