REQUIREMENTS
If you are interested in booking a special event with us please text/email our event coordinator with your event details. In order to book your group event we require the following information at time of scheduling:
Guest information including first, last name, cell phone number and email address (for confirmations) please do not include phone number or email if this is a surprise.
Specific services your guests require, for example classic pedicure or hot stone pedicure with gel polish. This information is important to ensure we are booking the correct service with the right service provider and to ensure we are allocating the right amount of time for your event.
For larger groups, 6 plus we recommend combining services such as facials, injectables or hair services to ensure everyone is going in their service at the same time. You can speak to our event coordinator if you require further details.
A deposit will be taken at the time of booking your event to secure your booking, we will apply your deposit to your final invoice.
If you have any special check out requirements please let us know in advance as it allows us to prepare a smoother check out for you and your guests. For example, if someone is looking to pay for the bride or birthday girl please let us know ASAP so we can split the invoice accordingly. If there are multiple payments for one guest we recommend the group collect the payment among each other to ensure a smooth checkout. For example if 6 guests want to split the bride’s bill, we ask if one person pays and the remaining guests can split the bill accordingly amongst themselves prior or post event – this is only because we want to ensure a smooth check out and experience for our guests.
Please note we are a spa and our client experience is our top priority. We want to ensure everyone is being respected of their services and we ask our guests to be mindful of their voices while other guests are having their services done. Our goal is to create a warm, calm and inviting space for everyone.
We are excited to offer a beautiful selection of alcoholic beverages to our guests now that we are fully licensed through AGLC. Although we offer this option as an addition to your services we reserve the right to refuse service at our discretion. Please note this is a privilege not a right- our goal is to provide this service as an extension of our clients experience. We want to create a relaxing experience for our clients so they can unwind during their time with us.
Alcohol
We have been approved by AGLC for our liquor license and are allowed to serve alcoholic beverages within reason. Each wine was chosen with the intention to provide the ultimate beverage menu you and your guests can enjoy during your time with us. Choose from reds, whites, champagne and beer to accompany your service.
At any given time, we can refuse to provide beverages if we feel fit. Please note this is a privilege, not a right- we only provide beverages as an extension of our client’s experience. As per our liquor license, guests are not permitted from bringing outside liquor.
Food
In compliance with the regulations set by ALGC we will now be offering a small selection of food and snacks for our clients. As per our permit, our guests are not permitted to bring outside food or drinks at this time. Please choose from our hand selected drink/snack menu (please note our snacks are individually wrapped and we use disposable serving dishes).
Group Etiquette
Please be aware that although this may be a special occasion for your group, other guests are still enjoying services within the spa and therefore spa voices and etiquette must be respected at all times. We reserve the right to end services if our policies are not met and your event is disturbing the overall environment.

Nails will be cut/filled to the shape you desire, followed by a full cuticle detailing and nail smoothing. Following this, we will perform a tension relieving hand and arm massage and to finish your nails will be polished to perfection.

It’s a safe assumption that on no other occasion will a woman be as photographed as on her wedding day, so the desire for glowing, smooth, poreless skin is a given. Maintaining a regular ritual of washing, exfoliating, toning and hydrating is key to achieving healthy skin for the “I do” moment, but it is also advisable to have a few facials in the months and weeks leading up to the wedding day, to give skin a little extra boost.
Intraceuticals Oxygen Facial

If you only get one facial before the big day, make it an oxygen facial. Get the treatment known as the Madonna facial from Australian skincare brand Intraceuticals. The Queen of Pop is rumoured to have two oxygen tanks in her home for weekly treatments of therapeutic-grade oxygen that infuse natural moisture-binding hyaluronic acid, vitamins and green-tea serums into the skin for a plump, pristine complexion. Celebrity makeup artist Gina Brooke revealed to Vogue Australia’s Sigourney Cantelo “I introduced it to Madonna and Naomi Campbell, and now everyone is using it”. The Intraceuticals Infusion is a mega moisture boost perfect for tired skin and is ideal for big events when you want to look like you’ve slept for days. The process
The Infusion is a no-fuss, relaxing one hour out of the day. During the treatment, skin is thoroughly cleansed and primed for the infusion. A fine mist of serum is then sprayed onto the skin and infused using pressurized oxygen. Areas of concern, such as fine lines, acne and pigmentation, are given more time and attention under the oxygen and the Intraceuticals range of products are layered onto the skin to seal in moisture and prolong the effects.

Please note we charge a $25 deposit for all our facial bookings to eliminate no show appointments, the $25 you paid at the time of the booking will be applied to your final invoice.
